PM Janjatiya Unnat Gram Abhiyan is a Government of India initiative aimed at the saturation coverage of essential welfare schemes and basic infrastructure in tribal-majority villages and aspirational districts. Building on the model of PM-JANMAN, it seeks to improve the socio-economic condition of Scheduled Tribe communities by ensuring access to housing, water, roads, electricity, education, health and livelihood opportunities through convergence of multiple ministries.
