Rajasthan Police SI Selection Process 2025

1
Written Examination (400 Marks)

Two objective papers of 200 marks each — General Hindi and General Knowledge & General Science. Qualifying marks: 36% in each paper and 40% in aggregate. SC/ST: 5 marks relaxation. Written exam score contributes to final merit.

2
Physical Measurement Test (PMT) — Qualifying

Candidates must meet minimum height and chest measurement standards for their gender and category. PMT carries no marks — qualifying in nature only.

3
Physical Efficiency Test (PET) — Qualifying

Running, long jump, and chin-ups/shot put events. Minimum 50% marks required to qualify. PET is qualifying in nature — marks not counted in final merit.

4
Interview / Aptitude Test (50 Marks) ← Added to Merit

RPSC conducts a 50-mark interview-cum-aptitude test. These marks are added to the written exam marks for the final merit list.

5
Document Verification & Medical Examination

Final stage. Original documents verified, medical fitness confirmed for Sub-Inspector role.

✅ Final Merit Formula: Written Exam marks (400) + Interview/Aptitude Test marks (50) = 450 total marks. PMT and PET are qualifying only — not counted in merit.
