Overview

One District One Product (ODOP) is an initiative that aims to select, brand and promote at least one product from each district of the country. By identifying products with unique geographical, cultural or traditional significance, ODOP seeks to convert districts into manufacturing and export hubs, generate local employment, and ensure balanced regional economic growth across India.

Key Objectives

  • Identify and promote a unique product from every district
  • Convert districts into manufacturing and export hubs
  • Generate local employment and boost rural incomes
