Eligibility Criteria

Age Limit

As per the reference (2021) cycle: Minimum age 18 years and Maximum age 27 years. Age relaxation is provided as per government norms:

Educational Qualification

For the 2025 (Finance) post, candidates must have passed the final examination of CA/CMA. Qualification requirements for other Junior Manager streams (reference cycle) are:

Selection Process

The DFCCIL Junior Manager selection process consists of the following stages:

  1. Computer Based Test (CBT): An online objective test covering general and discipline-specific subjects.

  3. Medical Test: Final medical fitness examination before appointment.
