Educational Qualification

Candidates must have completed Graduation from a recognized university with at least 60% marks.

Age Limit (as on 1st July 2023)

  • Duration: 120 minutes (160 minutes for PwBD candidates).

CBAT (Computer-Based Aptitude Test)

  • Carries 30% weightage in overall selection.
  • Questions in both English & Hindi.
  • No negative marking.
  • Minimum T-Score of 42 required in each test battery to qualify.

Pay Scale & Salary

The selected candidates for the post of Executive (Operations & BD) will draw a pay scale in the range of ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 (E0 / IDA pay scale as per DFCCIL norms). In addition to basic pay, employees are entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other benefits as per company rules.
