Educational Qualification

CBT-II Exam Pattern
- Total 120 questions, 1 mark each.
- Negative marking: 1/4 mark for each wrong answer.
- Duration: 120 minutes (160 minutes for PwBD candidates).
CBAT (Computer-Based Aptitude Test)
- Carries 30% weightage in overall selection.
- Questions in both English & Hindi.
- No negative marking.
- Minimum T-Score of 42 required in each test battery to qualify.

Pay Scale & Salary
The selected candidates for the post of Executive (Operations & BD) will draw a pay scale in the range of ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000 (E0 / IDA pay scale as per DFCCIL norms). In addition to basic pay, employees are entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other benefits as per company rules.
