RRB JE Electronics Engineering 2026 – Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfil the nationality, age and educational qualification requirements before applying for the RRB JE Electronics Engineering post. The detailed eligibility criteria are given below:

RRB JE Electronics Engineering 2026 – Selection Process

The selection for the RRB JE (Electronics) post is carried out through a four-stage process. Candidates must clear each stage to move to the next:

  1. 1st Stage CBT (CBT 1): A common preliminary screening test of 100 questions (90 minutes) covering Mathematics, General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness and General Science.
  2. 2nd Stage CBT (CBT 2): A specialised test of 150 questions (120 minutes) including General Awareness, Physics & Chemistry, Basics of Computers, Basics of Environment & Pollution Control and Technical Abilities (Electronics & Allied Engineering).
  3. Document Verification (DV): Shortlisted candidates must produce original documents for verification.
  4. Medical Examination: Final selection is subject to candidates meeting the prescribed medical fitness standards for the post.
