The selection for the RRB JE (Electronics) post is carried out through a four-stage process. Candidates must clear each stage to move to the next:
- 1st Stage CBT (CBT 1): A common preliminary screening test of 100 questions (90 minutes) covering Mathematics, General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness and General Science.
