Eligibility Criteria

Staff & Welfare Inspector 18-33 Graduation + Diploma/Degree in Labour Welfare / Labour Laws / LLB / PG Diploma or MBA in Personnel/HR Management.
Chief Law Assistant 18-40 University Degree in Law with 3 years standing practice as a Pleader at Bar.
Public Prosecutor 18-32 Bachelor Degree in Law with 5 years standing as an advocate at Bar.
Senior Publicity Inspector 18-33 Degree + Diploma in Public Relations / Advertising / Journalism / Mass Communication.
Scientific Assistant/Training 18-35 2nd Class Master's Degree in Psychology + 1 year experience in administration of Psychological tests.
Junior Translator/Hindi 18-33 Master's Degree in Hindi/English with the other as compulsory/elective subject + Diploma in Translation or 2 years translation experience.
Application Fee: Rs. 250/- for PwBD / Female / Transgender / Ex-Servicemen / SC / ST / Minority / EBC  |  Rs. 500/- for all other categories.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of the following stages (Skill Test applies only to certain posts):

  1. Stage 1 – Written Exam (CBT): Objective-type online test; qualifying is essential to move ahead.
  2. Stage 2 – Skill Test: Practical assessment such as Translation Test / Teaching Skill Test for specific posts.
  3. Stage 3 – Document Verification: Verification of documents to confirm eligibility.
  4. Stage 4 – Medical Examination: Mandatory fitness check before appointment.

Pay Scale / Salary

The salary varies as per the post. Chief Law Assistant and Public Prosecutor posts fall under Pay Level 7, while other posts are under Pay Level 6. The salary is drawn as per the 6th & 7th CPC.
