WB Primary TET Eligibility Criteria

  • Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed), OR
  • Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed), OR
  • Senior Secondary with at least 45% marks and 2-year Diploma as per NCTE 2002 norms, OR
  • Graduation with D.El.Ed / B.Ed as per NCTE guidelines.

Reserved category candidates get relaxation in minimum marks as per West Bengal government rules.
