The National Testing Agency (NTA) officially declared the NEET UG 2026 Result on 16 July 2026 at neet.nta.nic.in. Out of nearly 20 lakh candidates, about 11.21 lakh qualified for undergraduate medical admissions. Aryan Gupta (Punjab) and Panshul Bansal (Haryana) jointly topped with 715/720. Along with scorecards, NTA released the All India Rank (AIR), category-wise cut off, toppers list and state-wise topper data.
This result clears the way for MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, B.Sc Nursing and BVSc admissions. Do note it follows the delayed 2026 exam cycle — the original exam held on 3 May 2026 was cancelled and re-conducted, which is why the result and counselling timeline are running later than usual this year.

Candidates who appeared for NEET UG 2026 can now download their scorecards from the official NTA website neet.nta.nic.in. To access the result, log in using your Application Number, Date of Birth and the Security Pin displayed on the login page. After a successful login, the scorecard will be available for download and should be saved for use during counselling and admission.

NEET UG 2026 Cut Off
NTA has released the category-wise qualifying cut off marks and percentiles along with the result. Candidates who meet the prescribed cut off will be eligible for the admission process for MCC All India Quota (AIQ) counselling, State Medical Counselling, AIIMS, JIPMER, Central Universities, Deemed Universities, ESIC Medical Colleges, AFMC (where applicable) and AYUSH courses through AACCC counselling.
