How to Download the Call Letter
- Open the official call-letter link above. Enter the credentials and other details requested on the IBPS page, matching your application record. Select the correct recruitment cycle before continuing.
- Download and save the complete call letter. Print it clearly and check your name, registration or roll number, examination centre, reporting time and any photograph or identity-document instructions.
Read the Information Handout
- The CRP-SPL-XVI page also provides main-examination information handouts. Read the handout applicable to your specialist post, including examination procedures and permitted items.
- Follow the individual call letter for your assigned centre and time. A general website announcement is not a substitute for your admission document; the upload date should not be treated as the examination date.
Documents and Exam-Day Checks
- Prepare the call-letter printout and the original identification, copies, photographs or declarations specified by IBPS. Candidates using a scribe should read the separate official scribe instructions and declaration requirements.
- Resolve any discrepancy through the contact route provided by IBPS. Keep the login credentials private, and use the official recruitment page for revised instructions or changes to availability.
If the Login Does Not Open
- Recheck the recruitment cycle and the credential format requested by the portal. If access is temporarily unavailable, return to the official CRP-SPL-XVI page and use its current call-letter link.
- Do not assume that downloading a call letter guarantees final selection. Eligibility verification and the remaining recruitment requirements continue to apply.
