How to Review and Submit Your Correction

  1. Open the official UGC NET website using the link above and enter the candidate application area.
  2. Read the correction notice before selecting fields to edit.
  3. Compare the existing form with your supporting records. Correct only permitted particulars.
  4. Review all changes together before the final submission; the application will be frozen afterward.
  5. Pay any additional applicable fee and retain the updated confirmation and transaction records.

Additional Fee and Final Submission

If a change increases the applicable fee, the additional amount must be paid online. A correction requiring extra payment takes effect only after successful payment. Fees already paid are not refundable under this notice. Do not leave a fee-dependent correction incomplete.

This is a correction facility for registered candidates, not a fresh registration window. NTA states that no further correction opportunity will be provided after the closing time. Read Annexure-I in the PDF if you are unsure whether a particular field is editable.
