Dia Foods received a notice for its “La Casa Vegan Hazelnut Chocolate Spread” over claims like “all natural”, “100% organic” and “vegan”, which require compliance and prior approval for organic and vegan endorsements. Cipzer Nutraceuticals was served a notice for its “Juice Capsules” over claims such as “FSSAI Approved”, “boost your immune system” and “remove toxins”, for which no scientific substantiation was provided.
