The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) integrated the Pharma Jan Samadhan portal with the Pharma Sahi Daam portal on 23 June 2026. The unified platform provides a single interface for checking medicine prices and lodging complaints related to drug pricing.
About NPPA
The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority is a regulatory body under the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers. It fixes and revises prices of controlled pharmaceutical formulations under the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 2013.
Pharma Sahi Daam
Pharma Sahi Daam provides prices of scheduled and non-scheduled medicines. It lets consumers verify whether a medicine is sold within government-approved limits and report overpricing via the app or web portal.
Pharma Jan Samadhan
Pharma Jan Samadhan, launched on 8 April 2015, is a web-enabled grievance redressal system for medicine pricing and availability. It includes the consumer helpline number 1800-11-1255.
