Rajasthan launched the Mukhyamantri Yuva Suyog platform in July 2026 from the Chief Minister’s official residence in Jaipur. Designed as a state-level youth initiative, the platform links young people to sports, skill development, employment opportunities and community engagement at the panchayat and ward levels, aiming to channel youthful energy into structured participation.

In its early phase, the initiative has begun on a pilot basis in the Bagru Assembly constituency and Baran district. Participation runs through a registration-based model on the dedicated Yuva Suyog portal, where young people sign up to take part in organised competitions. This digital-first design keeps entry simple while allowing the government to track engagement.

Sports form the core of the platform’s engagement structure. It features popular team sports such as cricket, volleyball, kabaddi and football, with winning teams at the local level advancing to the Assembly-constituency level. The government also plans to digitally map sports grounds in schools, colleges, panchayats and urban wards, creating a database of sports infrastructure across both rural and urban areas.

Institutional continuity is built in through a club network. District-level Yuva Suyog Clubs will be set up, and all registered participants automatically become members. These clubs will connect with existing units at the panchayat and ward levels, giving the platform grassroots reach. Crucially, it draws institutional linkage from the Central Government’s MY Bharat programme and will be integrated with the MY Bharat portal.

The choice to link with MY Bharat is significant. MY Bharat is a national youth platform focused on volunteerism, leadership and civic participation, and its integration allows Rajasthan’s scheme to plug into a larger, centrally coordinated youth ecosystem. It also reflects cooperative federalism, where state initiatives align with national programmes for wider impact.
